Joe and I bought this old condemned house in 1998 and started restoration. When we finished, it was too much house for just the two of us to live in. We now host guests as a bed and breakfast. Our first guest was from Cardiff, Wales.
Lovely home in wonderful neighborhood of Avondale Estates six miles east of Atlanta. Close to restaurants and shopping in City of Decatur. Convenient to Agnes Scott College and Emory University. Two blocks to Kensington MARTA station.
Offering a 2 bedroom apartment with living room, fireplace, full kitchen, two queen beds and private deck overlooking vegetable garden. Two additional guest rooms, each with king-sized bed and private bath in hall. Guests enjoy our comfortable veranda.
